SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Aiksent Global Inc. We are committed to delivering your orders promptly and safely.
1. ORDER PROCESSING
Processing Timeline: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays). Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.
Order Verification: We may contact you via email to verify order details or shipping address, which may extend processing time by 1-2 business days.
Inventory: In case of unexpected stock shortages, we will notify you within 2 business days to offer alternatives or process a full refund.
2. DOMESTIC SHIPPING (United States)
Standard Shipping:
• Delivery Time: 5-7 business days after order processing
• Cost: FREE on orders over $35, otherwise $5.99
• Carrier: USPS, UPS, or FedEx (based on availability)
Expedited Shipping:
• Delivery Time: 2-3 business days after order processing
• Cost: $12.99
• Carrier: UPS or FedEx
Express Shipping:
• Delivery Time: 1-2 business days after order processing
• Cost: $24.99
• Carrier: FedEx or UPS Express
3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently ship to select international destinations.
• Delivery Time: 10-20 business days (varies by destination)
• Cost: Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight
• Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country
4. TRACKING INFORMATION
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using the provided tracking number.
5. SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of order placement.
6. DELIVERY ISSUES
Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Please contact the carrier directly for lost or stolen package claims.
Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at support@aiksent.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.
Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
7. HOLIDAYS & DELAYS
Shipping times may be extended during peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.) or due to carrier delays beyond our control. We will notify you of any significant delays.
